Out of Stock / Backordered Items
In the case that a purchased item is out of stock, we will send you an email. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder, substitute or cancel the unshipped items. We will provide you with an estimated arrival date if one is available.
Due to Texas State Laws and manufacturer’s policies, there are no returns and refunds accepted. NOTE: Unauthorized returns will incur a 50% restocking fees or shipped back to sender.
Exchanges which follow our policy are allowed. If you are unhappy with the color of your wig, do not take it out of the hair net or take off the tags. By Texas Law, we are not allowed to resell hairpieces which have been worn or handled.
Unauthorized and ineligible exchanges will incur a 50% unauthorized product return fee. Please read the policy below in its entirety before sending any hair pieces back to us. Exchanges are not allowed on Costume wigs, Wigs (human and synthetic), Wig accessories, Quarter wigs (human and synthetic hair), Bulk (human and synthetic hair), Extension (human and synthetic hair), clearance items, Special orders, and wholesale orders. Coupon codes and promotions do not apply to exchange items. All other items will receive store credit.
1. For all exchanges, re-stocking fee of 50% of purchase amount (discount coupon codes excluded) will be charged. In addition, standard shipping charges for the exchanged piece to be mailed out to the customer will be charged.
2. Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.
3. We allow one exchange per item. Once you received your exchange, no further exchanges can be made.
4. All exchanges must be authorized by a bentexwigs.com representative at email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please call 512-467-0004 to receive your authorization.
5. We must receive return merchandise within 5 business days after exchange authorization has been issued.
6. All confirmations are to be received by a Bentexwigs.com representative 10 business days after invoice issuance. RMAs will be deemed expired after this period.
7. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers must be written on the outside of each package. Packages without RMA numbers will be returned to sender.
8. Return freight charges are to be paid by customer. Please ship your RMA with tracking information. We are not responsible lost packages. Collect shipments will be refused.
1. Email our Exchange Department using our contact form to request a Return Authorization number.
2. We will email you back asking for you to acknowledge and agree to our exchange policy.
3. Upon receiving your response, we will email you with a Return Authorization number and instructions. Be sure to wait for this email address as all unauthorized packages are refused and returned to sender.
4. You will send the package back following the instructions provided in the email.
5. Once we receive your return, it will pass through inspection to make sure it is in original manufacturer’s condition. We will then email you with confirmation that we received your return item and provide you with your Exchange Total costs due. We will ask for your approval in proceeding with the exchange fees.
6. Upon receiving your approval of the fees, we will continue processing your Exchange order request. Please allow 2-5 business days for exchange item to ship.
All order cancellations must be requested before 12 noon CST of the following day, otherwise an order cancellation charge of 20% will apply. To request an order cancellation, call 512-467-0004.
Why we charge a cancellation fee?
Although we stock thousands of different wigs, some items may need to be special ordered from the manufacturer to fulfill your order. Our wig manufacturers do not allow us to return these items back to them, so in effect BentexWigs.com absorbs the full cost of the wig in the case of a cancellation. Therefore, to minimize these costs and maintain our standard of excellent prices, we charge a 20% cancellation fee. All refused packages will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges. Undeliverable packages will be subject to reshipping charges.
Claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Please Contact Customer Care Unit. Please retain all packaging material in case an inspection is necessary.
